We chose Skylight Media over the other interactive agencies that were pitching as they had a very good reputation and they seemed the most competent and experienced. Not only did we want a website that we would be proud of, but we also needed a company brand logo that would portray a more contemporary and sophisticated company image which together would help us to make our mark in the retail and e-tail market. Skylight media's work helped us to achieve both these criteria. The new branding has also benefited the shops allowing us to portray a more consistent and contemporary look throughout our shops.

We had recently invested in epos in our stores to help us manage stock, therefore we investigated into the options of integrating epos with the website to allow us to control online stock in the same manner. The extra costs, development and time needed to achieve this epos integration meant it was not a viable option. The stock management within the website offered us the similar functionality but for half of the cost and development time.

Another function we required the website to perform was allowing us to capture, store and manage customer records from both our shops and the website in one secure central location. Up to this point the there had never been a central or manageable system the shops could utilize to store their customer data, helping them with future marketing. With this functionality integrated into the website it will make future online and shop marketing far more efficient.

We have been very happy with the website and the service that Skylight have provided for us and since the website has launched we have received loads of positive feedback about the look and the functionality the website offers.
